1Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use (the “terms”) are an agreement between you and the operator of Tari Flip (“Tari Flip”, “we”, “us”). They apply to the website at tariflip.xyz, the Tari Flip desktop app, the member area, the Tari Flip Telegram bot and the private Telegram chat (together, the “service”).
By activating an invite, installing the app, buying a plan or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
2Who can use Tari Flip
You can use the service only if all of the following are true:
- You are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- Trading crypto assets, and using software like Tari Flip, is legal where you live and wherever you use the service.
- You are not subject to sanctions imposed by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States, and you are not located or ordinarily resident in a country or region under comprehensive sanctions.
- We have not previously suspended or closed an account of yours.
It is up to you to make sure that your use of the service is lawful where you are.
3Invites and accounts
Tari Flip is invite only. You can join only with an invite from a member; there is no public sign-up.
- An invite is for one person. It can’t be sold, traded or published.
- Your account is personal. Don’t share your login, let anyone else use your account, or sell or transfer it.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account, so keep your devices, your Telegram account and your login details secure. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
- If your plan includes a personal invite link, you are responsible for who you share it with. Selling invites, posting them publicly or using them to open extra accounts for yourself breaks these terms.
- We may refuse to activate an invite and may revoke unused invites or invite links at any time. If invites are abused, we may also suspend the accounts that issued or used them.
4Trial
An invite unlocks a free trial of the app. How long it lasts and what it includes are shown on the Pricing page. The trial starts when you activate the invite and ends on its own; nothing is charged when it ends.
Each person gets one trial. Using more than one invite, opening extra accounts or resetting a device to get another trial is not allowed, and we may end any extra trial without notice.
5Plans and payment
- Current plans and prices are shown on the Pricing page and in the member area. You pay the price shown at the time you pay.
- Plans are paid in SOL from any wallet, through the member area. Send the exact amount shown to the address shown, on the Solana network. Network fees are yours to pay.
- A plan starts when your payment is confirmed on-chain. If you still have days left on a plan, the new days are added after them.
- Plans don’t renew on their own and we never charge you automatically. When a plan ends, paid features stop until you buy another.
- We may change prices and plans at any time. Changes apply to future purchases only, never to a plan you have already paid for.
- A payment sent to the wrong address, for the wrong amount or on the wrong network may not be credited and may not be recoverable. If it happens, write to us and we will do what we reasonably can.
- You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchases and to your trading.
6Refunds
Payments are final once a plan starts. The trial is there so you can decide before you pay.
If we end your access without cause, meaning you haven’t broken these terms, we refund the unused days of your plan. This includes the case where we shut down the service. The refund is worked out at the daily rate of the plan you bought and sent in SOL to the wallet your payment came from.
If we suspend or close your account because you broke these terms, no refund is due.
If you are a consumer and the law where you live gives you refund or cancellation rights that can’t be excluded by contract, nothing in these terms takes them away.
7Licence and restrictions
While you have an active trial or plan, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the app for your own trading, within the device limits shown in the app.
The service, including the app, its code, design and content, the Tari Flip name and the angel logo, belongs to us or our licensors. Apart from this licence, you get no rights in it.
You must not, and must not help anyone else to:
- copy, modify or distribute the app, or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law allows this regardless of these terms;
- get around licence checks, device limits or any other technical limit;
- scrape, crawl or use automated tools to extract data from the app, the member area, the website or the chat;
- resell, sublicense, rent out or redistribute the app or its data, checks, alerts or signals, or offer them as part of a paid service or group;
- use the service to build or train a competing product.
Posting screenshots and PnL cards of your own trades is fine.
8Information, not financial advice
Tari Flip is a tool. It gathers public information about new coins, checks it against the rules you set and opens the coins that pass in your terminal.
- Nothing in the service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. That includes scores, verdicts, check results, rule sets, presets and alerts, and anything posted by us or by members in the chat.
- Tari Flip does not trade for you. It never holds your funds, never connects to your wallet and never places orders on your behalf. Every trade is made by you, in a terminal you choose.
- You decide what to trade and you carry all of the risk. Memecoins are highly speculative: most lose most of their value and many go to zero, often within minutes. Only trade what you can afford to lose.
- Results shown on the website, in the chat or on PnL cards belong to individual members. They are not typical, and past results don’t predict future ones.
9Data accuracy
The service relies on sources we don’t control: blockchains and the nodes that serve them, X, launchpads, terminals and other data providers. Their data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and they can change or cut off access without warning.
We work to keep every check accurate, but we don’t guarantee that any information in the service is accurate, complete or current. A coin passing your rules doesn’t make it safe: devs can sell, holders can dump and a rug can happen after a coin passes every check. Use your own judgement before every trade.
10Third-party services and trademarks
The service works alongside services run by others, such as trading terminals like Axiom, GMGN, Photon and Padre, launchpads like Pump.fun, X, Telegram and your wallet. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their availability, fees, security or conduct. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
Their names and logos are trademarks of their owners. We show them only to describe which services Tari Flip works with. Tari Flip is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
Links to other websites are there for convenience; we aren’t responsible for their content.
11Private chat rules
If your plan includes the private Telegram chat, these rules apply there, alongside Telegram’s own terms:
- No scams, phishing or fake links, and no pretending to be Tari Flip staff or another member.
- No paid shilling. Don’t promote coins, groups or services you are paid to push, and say so when you post a coin you launched.
- No coordinated pumps, dumps or other market manipulation.
- No doxxing. Don’t reveal anyone’s real-world identity, address or other personal information.
- What’s posted in the chat stays in the chat. Don’t repost it elsewhere, including screenshots of other members’ messages, calls or rule sets, without their permission.
- No harassment, hate or threats, and no spam or unsolicited messages to members.
Moderators may remove messages and mute or remove members who break these rules. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to the suspension of your whole account (see section 13).
12Acceptable use
Wherever you use the service, you must not:
- break any law or regulation, including laws on market abuse, fraud, money laundering and sanctions;
- use the service to deceive or defraud anyone, or to run or promote a rug, a pump-and-dump or any other scheme;
- interfere with the service or its users, including by overloading our systems, spreading malware, or probing, scanning or testing our security without our written permission;
- give us false information or pretend to be someone else;
- use the service in a way that could harm us or other members or expose us to legal liability.
13Suspension and termination
You can stop using Tari Flip at any time. Plans don’t renew, so there is nothing to cancel. To have your account deleted, write to us; the Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.
We may suspend or close your account, revoke your invites or remove you from the chat, with or without notice, if:
- you break these terms, or we reasonably believe you have;
- the law requires it, or a court or authority asks us to;
- your use puts the service, us or other members at risk.
We may also change features or stop offering the service, in whole or in part. If we end your access without cause, including by shutting the service down, we refund unused days as described in section 6.
When your access ends, your licence ends and you must stop using the app. Sections 6, 8 to 10 and 14 to 19 continue to apply.
14Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no promises or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
We don’t promise that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors, that it will work with every terminal, launchpad or device, or that it will catch any particular coin or open it in time.
Some places don’t allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.
15Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, trading losses, missed trades, lost data or loss of goodwill, even if we were told such a loss was possible.
- We are not liable for losses caused by third-party services, blockchains, network congestion, your wallet or terminal, or events beyond our reasonable control.
- Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
16Indemnity
You agree to cover us, and the people who run Tari Flip, for any claims, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any law or of anyone else’s rights. This doesn’t apply to the extent a loss was caused by us.
17Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service changes or the law requires it. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is material, we will announce it in the app, the member area or the chat before it takes effect.
Changes don’t apply to the past. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms; if you don’t agree with them, stop using the service.
18Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute about them or the service, are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of Tari Flip is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
If something goes wrong, write to us first at support@tariflip.xyz; most problems are solved that way. If a dispute isn’t resolved within 30 days, either of us may take it to the competent courts of that country.
If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may be able to bring a claim in your local courts.
19General
- These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
- If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- You can’t transfer your rights or obligations under these terms. We may transfer ours to whoever takes over the service, and your rights under these terms continue.
- We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- These terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version applies.
